1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website of Fade Digital ("we," "us," or "our") at fadedigital.ca or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease using our services immediately.

2. Description of Services

Fade Digital provides "Generative Engine Optimization" (GEO) services, including but not limited to:

• AI Visibility Audits and Analysis.
• Knowledge Graph Construction and Schema Markup.
• Digital PR & Authority Building.
• Content Optimization for Large Language Models (LLMs).

3. No Guarantees of Results (AI Volatility)

• No Ranking Guarantees: We cannot guarantee specific rankings, brand mentions, or sentiment scores within any specific AI model.
• Volatility: AI algorithms update frequently. A strategy that works today may require adjustment tomorrow. We commit to using best practices but cannot control third-party platforms.

4. AI Accuracy & Liability

Fade Digital utilizes advanced AI tools to generate content and code. While we perform rigorous quality control:

• Client Responsibility: You agree that you are responsible for the final review and verification of all content, facts, and code before they are published to your live environment.
• Hallucinations: We are not liable for factual errors ("hallucinations") inherent to current AI technology that may appear in unverified drafts.

5. Intellectual Property

• Client Data: You retain all ownership rights to the confidential data and materials you provide to us.
• Deliverables: Upon full payment, you own the rights to the specific reports, schema code, and content created for your project.
• Agency Tools: Fade Digital retains ownership of our proprietary methodologies, audit frameworks, and internal tools.

6. Payment & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

• Audits ($499): Non-refundable once the audit report has been delivered.
• Retainers: Services are billed in advance. Cancellations require 30 days' written notice. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
