Do you do one off projects, larger websites?

Everything falls under our monthly retainer plans! We simply ask how many hours you want each month, and we’ll do whatever you need that is in our wheelhouse. Our minimum contract is 20 hours/month, for 3 months.

Do you have any cancellation fees or restrictions?

We have a minimum 3-month retainer for services, as the grunt of the work takes place in the initial discovery phase. After that, there are no cancellation fees of any kind, just a simple month-to-month contract.

Do you handle RFP’s?

We’d be happy to work with you in a consultation role towards RFP’s! We charge a flat rate of $150/hour for any discovery/exploration work. At the end of that phase, we’ll credit it towards the entire project if you continue to work with us.

What are urgent request/after hours requests?

Urgent hours cover projects requiring immediate turnarounds or work outside of normal hours. Our 50- and 150-hour plans include some urgent hours, but urgent hours can be booked as needed for 2x our normal billing rate.

Can you run marketing meetings for us?

You bet. We know that meetings aren’t often high on people’s lists of favourite things to do. So we’ll run meetings and workshops, write up the notes and minutes, and keep the whole thing energetic and engaging.

What is marketing automation?

Tools like SalesForce, HubSpot, Buffer, Pardot and Marketo are all designed to make marketing easier and more efficient. We’ll roll these into your marketing efforts or adapt tools you already use, so everything runs smoothly with less work on your part.
