Lorne Fade is the Founder of Fade Digital, a Toronto-based digital marketing agency specializing in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). Since May 2026 his full-time focus is Skill Reality, where he is Founder and CEO: AI-authored, hands-free guidance on display glasses like Meta Ray-Ban Display, for frontline industrial workers. It turns a plant's SOPs into step-by-step guidance on the glasses, with every step on the record. The company was incorporated in September 2026.
With over 20 years in search marketing and digital growth, Lorne pioneered the shift from traditional SEO to AI-first client acquisition systems. He co-founded VR Vision Inc. in 2016 and serves as its COO, having built enterprise VR training programs for organizations including Toyota Material Handling, Siemens Gamesa and Avangrid.
Lorne's work focuses on the intersection of structured data, AI search systems, and client acquisition for service businesses.
